i do Qi Gong the same way ~ most days ~ there are days right now that are not in harmony with Nature ~ i'll be glad when we are 'Off Grid' again ~ it is much easier to get into sync when not trying to block out the sounds and ambience of town life ~ it is much better than living in a city.

Thanks, TJ. 🙏 I am very fortunate to have moved to a small town that sits on the shore of the lake shown in the video. It's a fine combination of country and city. I count my blessings daily. I may talk about Qigong in more detail. We'll see since it's personal.
